Switch mode DC-DC step-down converter kit

This is a kit of parts to build a switch mode DC-DC step-down (buck) converter with output voltage of 3.3V, 5V or 12V, output current of 1A typical and up to 1.3A under certain conditions. Designed around Linear Technology LT1376 controller. All through-hole parts, easy to put together following detailed Assembly Manual (link below).

Private: 120ma 5V/3.3V step-up/step-down converter

This charge pump DC-DC converter takes an input voltage from 2.0V to 5.5V and outputs jumper selectable 5V or 3.3V supplying up to 120ma. The input voltage can be higher than, lower than, or equal to the set output voltage – switching between step-down and step-up modes is automatic. The converter has over-temperature and overload protections as well as optional shutdown and power good signals.
